Workshop: Pick, Prove, Profit: A hands-on guide to contract tech selection and ROI
You know the feeling. A contract buried in someone's inbox. A renewal missed by a day. A clause no one can find. The tools to fix this exist, but finding the right one, getting buy-in, and actually making it work? That is where most organisations get stuck. This interactive, hands-on workshop is designed to change that. Together, we will walk through the full journey of contract management technology selection, from the very first question ("where do I even start?") to signing off on a business case that holds up in the boardroom. No slides-only theory. No vendor pitches. Just a practical, step-by-step process you can take back to your organisation and use from day one. What we will cover: Where to start — mapping your current contract landscape and identifying your real pain points What you need — translating operational frustrations into functional requirements How you intend to use it — defining use cases, user groups and adoption scenarios Building your business case — quantifying value, anticipating costs and speaking the language of leadership Implementation that sticks — avoiding the classic pitfalls and setting your team up for success Proving your ROI — measuring what matters and keeping the business case alive after go-live By the end of this session, participants will leave with concrete outputs: a clearer picture of their needs, a framework for evaluation, and the building blocks of a business case they can act on. Whether you are just starting to explore contract tech or are already mid-selection and feeling lost, this workshop meets you where you are. Come ready to work, and leave ready to move!
