She has an exceptional track record of delivering sustainable ROI through large-scale people, process, and technology transformation along the contract lifecycle at BT, Capita and Visa Europe. 

She specialises in advising C-suite stakeholders on the value of bridging the legal and commercial divide and how to deliver business outcomes through legal and commercial operations transformation, people & process redesign and tech enablement.
