Jeroen Zweers

Jeroen has worked for several law firms for 25 years, including seven years as Innovation Director at Kennedy Van der Laan. He initiated Sync, a law firm (innovation) consultancy entity. This made him the first in the Netherlands and the 5th in Europe to do so. Jeroen is co-founder of the legal community Dutch Legal Tech and vice-president of the European Legal TechAssociation (ELTA). In 2016, he was named one of the 'European legal innovators of the year' by the UK's Financial Times. Since 2020, Jeroen has been helping legal departments and law firms with their innovation strategy with his company NOUN #TheLegalInnovationAgency. He is also involved in AI legal tech startups. Furthermore, Jeroen is a columnist for Advocatie on the topic of legal innovation and regularly writes articles for the Dutch Lawyer magazine. He is also a speaker at national and international level and gives inspirational workshops and training sessions on legal innovation and its sense and nonsense.
